Vending and Catering Assistant

Job Introduction

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for stocking, cleaning and emptying cash from 8 vending machines.
  • Working as part of our catering team, the successful candidate will also be required to provide assistance with catering operations when needed.

Role Responsibility

  • This job entails filling drinks and confectionery vending machines in rest areas located around the site.
  • Filling and cleaning hot beverage machines.

The Ideal Candidate

  • You will be required to complete simple sales control sheets so basic numeracy and literacy skills are required
  • The successful applicant will also be required to carry out various kitchen duties, which could include: serving on counters and tills, plate wash and pot wash duties and general cleaning duties
  • Previous experience working in a catering environment is preferred, full training will be given.
  • We require all our staff to have excellent customer service skills so that we can continue to provide our Clients and customers with an excellent level of service.

Package Description

  • We operate Demand Led Scheduling that will be discussed in detail at interview
  • We require our staff to be flexible to meet the needs of our Client, so hours into the future may increase
  • Occasional weekend working
  • Filling food and confectionary vending machines
