UK Business Administrator

We're currently seeking a Business Administrator to work in the Sports & Leisure sales function, responsible for developing and maintaining the Sports & Leisure C&E systems, Salesforce, Priava, phone system and any other Segment specific systems.

Role Responsibility

  • To prepare and collate a monthly reporting pack to for the Sales Executive team
  • To identify key risks, opportunities and upcoming trends to the UK Sales Director from the monthly reporting pack to mitigate risk and grow opportunity in sales
  • To ensure 100% compliance for the 3 C&E systems, by means of audit and training
  • To be a central support for the systems, including weekly support calls for the UK, when required
  • To be the systems project lead from a user perspective, including user testing on the system, admin support for change of user, integration, system updates
  • To be the superuser and project lead on the C&E systems, including any upgrades or additions to the system in regard to user testing
  • Assist and support in on-boarding new venues to all relevant systems
  • Attend relevant team meetings
  • Assist Segment Data Analyst where required on new or existing reports
  • Comply with all Company & client policies and procedures as required, together with statutory regulations and legislative requirements relating to such matters as employment law, safe systems of work, health & safety, hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH etc.
  • Achieve personal KPI's and Objectives as agreed with Line Manager through Aspire
