BeNCH  CRC are currently recruiting for a Treatment Manager to be based in Northampton.

You will be required to ensure the integrity of Accredited and Non accredited Programmes and to provide Treatment Manager Supervision to both internal and Partnership Tutors.

We are seeking applications from those who are trained and have delivered the  below accredited programmes within the last 12 months - Thinking Skills Programme, Building Better Relationships

Role Responsibility

Key responsibilities will include leading and promoting delivery of the programmes, maintaining programme integrity, overseeing the quality of programme delivery, overseeing the quality of case recording and ensuring offenders are appropriately scheduled and enrolled, contributing to the learning, development and supervision of tutors, and in due course developing skills as a trainer and developer of non accredited programmes. You will be required to deliver a proportion of programmes to keep your skills honed and to prevent groups being stood down.

The Ideal Candidate

You will need to be able to demonstrate a commitment to and understanding of the need for evaluation and have the ability to collate and analyse data, providing regular reports to managers as required. Quality and staff development will be at the core of your work , Additionally you will need to be able to demonstrate strong communication, presentation and liaison skills. You will also need to pass the Treatment Manager core training.

Package Description

Starting salary Band 4, £30,356 per annum

37 hours per week, 27 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, defined contribution pension scheme, company sick pay, group discount scheme.

The role of BeNCH CRC is to rehabilitate service users, reduce reoffending and protect the public and we are one of six CRCs operated by Sodexo Justice Services in the UK.  We work with service users both in the community and in custody to deliver the sentence of the court, to rehabilitate them and to provide a range of programmes and interventions to turn their lives around.  We deliver effective offender management and rehabilitation services to low and medium risk service users and our highly skilled staff work in a range of disciplines to make a real difference.  Our aim is to create a better future for the people we work  with - service users, victims and their families and local communities.  We are proud to have strong relationships with other criminal justice agencies, local authorities, health trusts, employment and training providers, and work with contracted partners to enhance delivery to our service users.
