Transport Coordinator

Job Introduction

We are looking for an experienced and organised Transport Coordinator to join our team based at one of our Pharmaceutical contracts based in West London

As the Transport Coordinator you will deliver modal data reporting for West London and UK Research and Development sites and manage car parking processes and chauffeur administration.

This is a busy and hands on role where you will really utilise your skills. 

 

Role Responsibility

  • Manage parking processes across West London
  • Process parking applications and updates
  • Parking administration and queries
  • Action GSK support terminations and transfers
  • Maintain car park databases
  • Manage chauffeur processes for West London
  • Groundscope chauffeur allocations
  • Groundscope administration and queries
  • Attend and support occasional CET events
  • Collate data and report transport metrics
  • Coordinate visitor booking system issues and updates
  • Coordinate electric vehicle charging in West London
  • Coordinate occasional projects
  • Maintain and update Right Turns pages
  • Monitor and respond to queries in Right Turns mailbox
