Technical Excellence Delivery Manager

Job Introduction

We are looking for an inspiring engineering professional to drive Technical Standards and Excellence in Risk, Compliance and Quality Management based at one of our global pharmaceutical contracts in Cambridge.

 

Role Responsibility

  • To provide technical direction and expertise to the operating region by promoting Sodexo strategies and service offers
  • Implement the site asset management strategy and delivery of asset maintenance, ensuring effective asset lifecycle management for buildings, facilities and equipment for a given area.
  • Lead a team in the service delivery of technical services
  • The role holder will ensure compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory obligations for asset management, ensuring competence and performance of internal and external resources and maintain assurance of compliance for their assets.
  • The role holder may be the nominated accountable person and building manager for all buildings in their nominated area.
  • To ensure all planned and reactive tasks are executed to schedule

The Ideal Candidate

  • A highly customer focused leader, motivating and driving performance in teams to deliver high standards of service and cost effectiveness.
  • Capability of leading multi-functional technician teams in a regulated environment where asset performance is a business critical requirement
  • The role holder will have a well-developed knowledge of maintenance processes, and the application of best practices and the effective deployment of maintenance strategies in technically complex customer environments
  • Experience of integrated risk management and the methods employed to manage engineering risks, hazards and controls.
  • Full understanding of H&S and other regulatory obligations applicable to asset management
  • The role holder will have a sound grasp of all the services delivered by FM and will understand their impact on customers
