Technical Coordinator

Job Introduction

Role is to manage the day to day running of the hard services administration and engineering team.

Ideal for someone with previous hard services experience and for those used to managing a geographically diverse team.

Role Responsibility

  1. The role will be to manage the day to day running of the administration/engineering team as part of the Hard Services team, this will include:
  2. Managing the Administration & Central Engineering Team
  3. Ensuring the management of sub-contractors (attendance, H&S and paperwork)
  4. Being the first point of escalation for the client
  5. Ensuring the accuracy of the CAFM system, Maximo (planned/reactive works, assets, schedules etc)
  6. Ensuring the timely processing of invoices on SAP/Basware and being the escalation for the accounts team
  7. Collation and submission of monthly statistics – Maximo & Finance
  8. Liaising with TFM’s/GSM’s and other required staff to ensure a smooth running of services across the contract (60+ sites)
  9. Adhere to the company and client’s health and safety requirements
  10. To collate and manage annual leave of all Administrators (Scotland, London, Ireland) to ensure constant cover
  11. Collation and managing of quotations and contract change requests
  12. Provide support during and after any internal or external audits

  • Driving License Essential
  • Strong IT skills required

Desirable

  1. Prior knowledge of working on a multi-site facilities contract alongside managing a team
  2. Experience of working with Payroll and Billing systems (SAP, SAGE etc)
  3. Experience of working with CAFM systems (Maximo, Evolution etc)
  4. Prior knowledge of month end finance collation
  5. NEBOSH/IOSH [or equivalent] Qualification

 

Package Description

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 7am – 7pm [must be flexible between these hours]

Fixed Term Contract, Maternity Cover, 9-12 months
