Team Manager - Advertised on behalf of Norfolk and Suffolk CRC
Job Introduction
Norfolk and Suffolk CRC are recruiting for 4 Team Managers based in King's Lynn, Waveney and Norwich.
You will manage a team of operational staff to meet contractual delivery requirements and ensure service quality is constantly improving. You will ensure effective and professional management of all offenders under your responsibility, combining rehabilitative approaches and controls to help offenders change their attitudes and behaviours and deliver the punishments of the courts.
Role Responsibility
You will be a local leader and the contact point for other agencies in the locality and work closely with other Norfolk and Suffolk CRC managers and staff to ensure we make effective use of available services. We expect you to demonstrate a keen interest in making a difference and a track record of delivering change for the better.
The Ideal Candidate
You will need to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills, sound judgment, an ability to resolve complex problems and a commitment to valuing diversity and achieving equality.
We are particularly keen to hear from you if you have strong leadership and team building skills. You will need to demonstrate full understanding of probation practice and the associated operational management requirements.
Package Description
Pay Band 5, Starting salary £35,024 per annum (pro rata for part time)
37 hours per week, 27 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, defined contribution pension scheme, company sick pay, group discount scheme.
