We are currently looking to recruit an experience Switchboard Operator to provide a switchboard service to both internal and external customers of the organisation at The County Hospital in Hereford.
You will answer telephone calls and general enquiries politely and professionally ensuring that you exhibit a professional and courteous manner at all times. You will also undertake general admin duties.
The Ideal Candidate
This is a hands-on role and we are looking for someone with proven customer service experience, excellent organisation skills and with the ability to work in an ever changing environment.
This role requires shift work, as we cover 24 hours 365 days a year.
22.5 hours per week.
The successful applicant will work three days per week covering switchboard rota and when necessary undertake general office admin duties.
