Based at one of our Pharmaceutical contracts in Montrose, Angus, Scotland we have an exciting opportunity for a Site Support Services Manager to take accountability for the management of Technical Lab Services, Cleaning, Grounds Maintenance and Vending/Hospitality teams on site ensuring an excellent standard of service is provided at all times.

Role Responsibility

Building a mutually beneficial relationship with the client to ensure service standards remain high and client confidence is built leading to increased business
Ensuring the relevant audit requirements are met to prevent the site losing its license to manufacture products
Managing multi-functional teams in a highly compliant environment
Meeting training requirements of Sodexo and client contract for all team members
Holding weekly huddles to ensure team members are up to date with all communications
Completing, maintaining and updating Risk Assessments
Organising team schedules to meet client expectations and maintain service levels
Completing Level 1 audits and following up to close any CAPA’s
Ensuring all employees are fully trained using GREAT Training

The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience of managing employees in a number of service lines
Financial knowledge of how a business makes money
Previous experience of working in a highly compliant environment, preferable manufacturing
Ability to influence at all levels on site
Working knowledge of risk assessments - IOSSH trained
Previous experience of managing H&S at a local level
Ability to manage third party contractors
