Supplier Performance Coordinator

Job Introduction

As the Supplier Performance Coordinator you will support the escalation process outlined by the client ensuring SLA’s and KPI’s set out in the contract are delivered by suppliers covering the estate, fostering good client relationships as a result.

Role Responsibility

  • Act as a point of escalation on behalf of the client, ensuring SLA’s can be delivered to contract agreement. 
  • Positively influence and work with client representatives to develop a culture of improvement and build effective relationships.
  • Proactively build and manage relationships with client and supplier groups, ensuring Sodexo’s profile and reputation is upheld and enhanced
  • Effectively prepare and manage work load to ensure efficient use of time.
  • Manage communication between client and supplier.
  • Drive a change culture that engenders teamwork across the Sodexo teams.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Strong MS Office skills together with knowledge and first-hand experience of CAFM systems
  • Experience of building strong client relationships
  • Ability to influence outcomes, overcoming barriers and obstacles faced.
