Supervisor - Coffee Shop-Catering
Job Introduction
We are currently seeking a highly talented and driven person to work in the one of our Dublin sites.
We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise their workload and have the ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences.
You will be working as part of a team but you will at times be expected to work independently and under your own initiative.
Role Responsibility
Delivery of a consistent level of service, within the Company's standards, to the contract specification and agreed performance, qualitative and financial targets.
Compliance to company and statutory regulations relating to safe systems of work, health & safety, hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH.
Client retention and satisfaction
Unit audit scores including UBHC
People Management
EHO and Safegard audits confirming company and legislative compliance adhered toTo be responsible for all day to day aspects relating to the management and maintenance of the catering service and equipment within the contract specification to the agreed performance, qualitative and financial targets.
To provide a catering service to the agreed standards in accordance with the Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators specified in the service contract
To actively enforce relevant statutory, company and site H&S compliance together with high levels of food hygiene
To be responsible for scheduling of work within the specified details of the contract
To complete Recipe Online Sales figures
To ensure all cleaning records and daily temperatures are taken
To enter daily sales via Clarity Live
To respond to any customer or client queries
E Prophit data entry
Role out training to staff when required
The Ideal Candidate
To assist the Group Site manager with the day to day running of the unit and to ensure that the standards of Sodexo Ireland and the Witness History Museum Cafe are to the Company and Client standards.
