The Ideal Candidate

• Must have previous experience managing cleaner & security team
• Excellent team work skills
• Be diplomatic and personable
• Comfortable working under pressure
• A motivated and efficient self-starter
• Ability to turn hand to anything required
• Willingness to respond efficiently to urgent requests and adapt to changes
• Proven experience in working and leading within a team.
• Industry acumen and knowledge of cleaning services ideally within the medical device.
• Good understanding of budget management and administrative tasks.
• Knowledge of effective stock management practices.
• H&S qualification – IOSH or similar
• Ensure compliance with ISO, company procedures and policies
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a hand on, practical attitude.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service & communication skills.
• Strong people and resource management skills.
• Experience of working within a standards/compliance environment.
• Experienced in adhering to and driving company initiatives.
• Good use of the English language (written and spoken).
• Computer literacy to include Micro-Soft environment.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at all levels
• Manage existing contracts and identify new opportunities for the business
• Manage and support the team
• Develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders

• This job description is intended to give the post holder an appreciation of the role envisaged and the range of duties and responsibilities to be undertaken. Specific tasks and objectives will be agreed with the post holder at regular intervals.  The post holder will be required at all times to perform any other reasonable task, as requested by the Line Manager in order to meet the operational needs of the business.
