Soft Services Lead

Job Introduction

Reporting to the Operations Director we have an opportunity to join Sodexo as a Soft Services Lead. Acting as the single point of contact for soft services across one of our client sites you will be a customer focussed individual with the ability to build excellent relationships at all levels. You will manage a large housekeeping team and ensure tasks are carried out to the required standard. You will also develop standard operating procedures and ensure these are followed at all times.

Role Responsibility

  • To implement and improve soft services across the site including design of key metrics.
  • Deliver a consistent level of service to the client to the contract specification.
  • Comply with company and statutory regulation relating to safe systems of work, health and safety, hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH.
  • Act as a Superuser in housekeeping processes and procedures and implement new cleaning methods.
  • Recruit, induct, train and retain a high performing soft services team across the site to deliver excellent housekeeping services.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Customer focussed with a passion for excellent service delivery.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to multi task and prioritise.
  • Practical, able to take a hands on approach  to activities.
  • Previous experience of managing a multiskilled team to provide similar services to blue chip organisations with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Data driven with the ability to provide and improve reporting.
  • Relevant training, qualifications and experience to deliver services in line with legislative and statutory requirements.
