Soft Services Lead - Cleaning and Security

Job Introduction

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Soft Services Team Leader to join the team at a high profile pharmaceutical site in County Cork.

In this role, you will support the General Services Manager to oversee the security, cleaning and sub-contractors for the site, ensuring excellent service standards and high levels of compliance.

This is a great opportunity to develop within Facilities Management.

 

Role Responsibility

  • Manage the day to day on-site operation which includes cleaning, security and sub contractors
  • Supervise the workforce, ensuring that managers deliver their specific services within the agreed budget and standards
  • Ensuring that delivery is of the highest quality with a significant emphasis on service excellence
  • Ensure that Sodexo continuously and effectively deliver the client’s needs to the agreed specified Service Level Agreements
  • Ensure that the standards of compliance, health & Safety and hygiene are to the Company and Client standards at all times.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven operational management experience within multiple FM Services, particularly security and cleaning 
  • Experience of leading multi-disciplined teams in a service environment
  • Committed to delivering exceptional service standards
  • Passionate about quality customer service
  • Experience of managing and developing a large team in a similar operation
  • Excellent communication skills
