Small Works Project Manager

Job Introduction

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join the team based at one of our Pharmaceutical contracts in Worthing Sussex.

As Project Manager you will be responsible for providing Project Management Expertise for various Small Works projects within the GxP environment and manage a program of works to deliver an improved standard of workplace environment.

 

Role Responsibility

  • Responsible for the provision of project management services within the IFM solution at GSK Worthing
  • Management and ownership of projects, whether fabric, M&E or other including Specification, tendering, procurement, costing, and reporting
  • Ensure strong communications with customer throughout project process
  • Ensure maximum value for money wherever possible through bundling and single sourcing of any project activity, using self delivery or external supply chain,
  • Carry out site surveys
  • Deal with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Any other reasonable request in support of contract and KPI/SLA delivery
