Are you interested in providing a fantastic service, do you have experience in managing a successful IFM service on a Corporate client site? Sodexo are looking for a Site Lead (FM) to be responsible for managing the delivery of multiple IFM services to our client at site level. The Site Lead will be responsible for our clients’ European Head Quarters, a high profile Corporate office that houses our clients Senior Executives and staff.

Ideally, we would be looking for an individual with experience in hospitality with great client interaction. The Site Lead (FM) would need exposure to Technical services and understand the delivery of reactive maintenance, you would need to have a knowledge of the importance of Technical services for the site and KPI’s. As well as Experience in Soft Services is required, we offer the following services on site; Catering, Security, Cleaning, Hospitality, Post Room and Helpdesk. There is a potential for this role to develop into a position where they could support a cluster of sites.

It is extremely important for the Site Lead to have great leadership behaviours as well as experience of managing teams and motivation.

Role Responsibility

  • Comprehensive knowledge of contract scope and form (e.g. variation control), managing the IFM services to and across the site.
  • Performance management across teams and service lines, reporting and monitoring of performance
  • Financial management to ensure control of spending and budgets within the GMP
  • Assume full responsibility (in the absence of a client on site) for contract outputs and management of services against contracted scope of works
  • Interfacing with country teams and country subject matter experts via a matrix structure
  • Cultivate a shares sense of identity among all Sodexo services on site
  • Establish and effectively lead a highly capable team who will deliver against the strategic growth objectives
  • Effectively manage the client relationship including proactive measurement with the clients for life process for retention and customer satisfaction using the Web of Influence to develop relationships with multiple tiers with in the client organisation
  • Preparation of contract level monthly P&Ls to show financial performance
  • Ensure contract is being delivered in a cost-effective way for the client and Sodexo
  • To provide thought leadership on all IFM service delivery and act as a subject matter expert for service delivery for a total IFM offer

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience of having operated successfully within an outsourced integrated facilities management environment as a Site Lead
  • Strong understanding of outsourced contracts and service management for all services and the risks associated with corporate environment, security, and technical services
  • Capable of delivering compliance and understanding regulations including the ability to follow Sodexo, client and local site policies and health and safety procedures
  • Ability to engage with service line experts to deliver high standards of service
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills
  • Experience in sector contracting and sector technical service delivery 
  • Proven financial acumen essential with demonstrable commercial experience and business acumen
  • Ability to understand data, spot trend and prepare reports – highly analytical
  • Proven experience of developing profitable relationships with clients through the ability to build strong relationships and manage their expectations; including soft client relationship management skills, strong influential, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven experience in identifying new business through entrepreneurial behaviour
  • People skills, experience in people management, creating a one team approach
  • Ability to assess talent and development needs and manage performance

Desirable

  • NEBOSH (or equivalent) – National General Certificate and/or Diploma
  • BIFM Qualifications – Part 2, or relevant professional development
  • BIIAB Level 2 National Certificate for Licensees (On-License)
  • Security Industry Associated (SIA) Licence

Package Description

This role has a competitive salary with an array of benefits attached including potential bonus, a flexible benefits fund, retailer discount schemes, annual leave and pension. This is a Monday to Friday role.
