Site Co-ordinator
Job Introduction
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Site Co-ordinator to ensure the day to day running of our GSK Site in Maidenhead, ensuring that all documentation is efficiently and effectively recorded according to the standards of our Corporate Client.
This is a very varied role and requires you to be focused, confident and willing to work under pressure to meet high standards. This is an excellent opportunity for you to begin your Career in Facilities Management.
Role Responsibility
- Imputing of Invoices into Eprophit and weekly / month end close of books
- Inputting of wages into UDC payroll / print time sheets
- Completetion of month end information for Site Lead, matrix, adhoc invoices, ad hocs, ad hoc invoices
- Assist supervisors with Training for Staff
- Update employees personnel files and training record files
- Ensure that all tasks are carried out in a proferssional manner, following any “safe systems of work” & risk assessment directions
- Answer telephone calls / take messages as required
- Support the Catering, Cleaning & Support Services on site with administration of the whole team.
The Ideal Candidate
- Strong organisational skills
- Communicate effectively with a wide range of customers and multi-service team service personnel to achieve results
- Ability to multi task and work in a busy environment
- Good rapport building skills
- Practical and demonstrated use of Microsoft office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience using systems such as SAP, UDC, Eprophit (desirable)
