Job Introduction

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Services Manager to deliver Sodexo’s on site service solutions at a leading corporate client in London. In this role, you will oversee the delivery of AV facilities and event management, vending, reception desk, mail, loading bay for a business centre

Role Responsibility

Management of the Business Support Centre including AV facilities and event management, vending, reception desk, mail, loading bay and Business services support tasks.
To ensure all post, courier, meeting room, AV, vending and Business Services Support (BSS) services are delivered effectively and on time
To maintain the departments daily service operations and ensure all areas of the building are of a high standard and that all H&S / COSHH documents are correct and in use.
Actively working alongside the team to ensure all tasks are completed as required, including completing them as a member of the team when necessary

The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience in a similar role
IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent
Proven experience in working in a post room, AV, loading bay and/or Business services department (or equivalent)
Industry acumen and knowledge of AV, vending and mail room developments & innovations, IT packages (Outlook, MSFT word, excel, powerpoint etc)
Good understanding of financial management
Experience in supervising a team
Personally driven to excel in all areas of customer service
