Services Manager (SM2) MOD site - soft services; Hospitality and Catering
As Services Manager, you'll have overall accountability and responsibility for the day to day management, co-ordination and control of all Defence activity on site, as set out in the contract

Overall accountability and responsibility for the day to day management, co-ordination and control of all Defence activity on site, as set out in the contract Schedule of Requirement (SOR) and operational manuals, across the designated contract and affiliated sites

The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience of relevant service - catering, cleaning, retail and hospitality experience
- Proven track record of leading, managing and developing a team
- Proven experience of managing long-term client relationships
- Proven experience of managing a budget
- Management knowledge of HSWA, FSC3 level 3, IOSH and COSHH.
- Proven ability to develop new business opportunities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate
- Qualification or relevant experience in Business Management.
