Job Introduction

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced facilities management professional to become a Services Manager level 3, overseeing the delivery of all soft services on site at MOD Stafford

With a focus on delivering everything from catering, leisure and retail to waste management and cleaning services on site, this is a great opportunity to develop your management skills working in a unique, high-profile military environment.

Role Responsibility

Reporting to the Account Manager and operating as the Services Manager to deliver exceptional service standards on site and for the satellite Units
Management of Client relationships and expectations. Maintain formal and informal communications with Clients and Customers
To manage all aspects of Health & Safety, Environment and Quality Assurance.
Company compliance. To ensure that the company/contract accountancy, documentation, audits and administration procedures are carried out to the company standard.
Have full control over the profit and loss account, including the proper control of costs and resources. Optimise sales, marketing and opportunities for organic growth of services.

The Ideal Candidate

A qualification or relevant experience in facilities management (essential)
Management knowledge of HSWA, IOSH and COSHH (essential)
Previous experience of managing catering, retail and leisure services
Previous experience managing a long-term client relationship
Previous project management experience
Proven track record of leading, managing and developing a team
Proven ability to develop new business opportunities
A high level of computer literacy
