Senior Services Facilities Manager

Job Introduction

Our ideal candidate is a senior facilities management professional, from a global HQ/high-end corporate environment.  As well as leading the day to day facilities management operation (to the agreed level of services, within the allocated budget), you will be required to deputise in the absence of the Facilities Director.  It's essential in this role to be a credible communicator with senior stakeholders. This role would ideally suit someone with ambitions and drive to succeed and progress into a senior leadership role.

Role Responsibility

•    Act as the representative of Sodexo for the area/ zone under your control through effective leadership and to ensure that all service streams deliver both qualitative and quantative results.
•    Support the production of site strategic objectives which reflect the purpose of the overall strategic plan and motivate the Team to achieve the desired results
•    Ensure the delivery of the services identified in the statement of works, which are present within your zone, to the required standard and agreed budget, ensuring that monitoring and auditing standards are met.
•    To ensure all Departments meet the monthly Financial, Quality and Performance targets whilst ensuring the timely and accurate reporting of data.
•    Ensure detailed action plans are in place and monitored where necessary.
•    To support the stakeholder engagement process and represent Sodexo in the Global Facilities Management Team
•    Ensure that client and Sodexo Performance Indicators (GPi, KPi, CPi) are met.
•    Ensure timely action plans are implemented should improvements be needed.
•    To monitor compliments and complaints (VOC/ VOP), complete root causing and provide resolution.
•    Ensure that the Company's, the clients and statutory regulations regarding hygiene, food safety, health & safety and Equal Opportunities are complied with.
•    Ensure that in-house training and staff development is effectively carried out in accordance with the Training and Development Plan.
•    Supervise the recruitment process of Sodexo staff to ensure the optimum candidates are available and succession planning is considered.
•    To ensure that Sodexo is compliant with all requirements in its capacity to support the client terms of Business Continuity and to ensure the Plan is up to date.

The Ideal Candidate

Essential;
•    Highly motivated Customer focused leader
•    Excellent interpersonal and strong people management skills
•    Very computer literate (Live Meetings, TCs, VTCs)
•    Strong presenter and comfortable chairing and facilitating meetings
•    Strong team player and a ‘can do’ attitude
•    Working to and achieving targets set
•    Experience within customer services or a customer-facing environment

•    Desirable;
•    An interest in technology and the benefits it can bring to the business
•    An understanding of the client's products and markets
