Job Introduction

Sodexo have a great opportunity for a customer focused Senior Lounge Supervisor to join the Emirates team. You will be responsible for delivering 5 Star service to the Emirates passengers.

Role Responsibility

As the Senior Lounge Supervisor your responsibilities will include:

Ensure all the staff are trained to deliver a customer focused service.
Ensure all staff are performance managed to quality set objectives.
Lead, motivate, develop and direct the team to maximise efficiency in customer service.
Create an environment where constant improvement is actively encouraged and recognised.
Complete Monthly Stock takes.
Oversee the ordering of all food and consumables.
Ensure all Health and Safety and Food and Safety Legislation is adhered to.
Completing staff rotas.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience in providing high end quality in customer service and product.
Catering experience.
Supervisory experience.
Excellent communication skills.
IT Skills.
Flexible approach.
Hotel/Airport Lounge experience (Desirable)
