Senior Lounge Supervisor
Job Introduction
Sodexo have a great opportunity for a customer focused Senior Lounge Supervisor to join the Emirates team. You will be responsible for delivering 5 Star service to the Emirates passengers.
Role Responsibility
As the Senior Lounge Supervisor your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure all the staff are trained to deliver a customer focused service.
- Ensure all staff are performance managed to quality set objectives.
- Lead, motivate, develop and direct the team to maximise efficiency in customer service.
- Create an environment where constant improvement is actively encouraged and recognised.
- Complete Monthly Stock takes.
- Oversee the ordering of all food and consumables.
- Ensure all Health and Safety and Food and Safety Legislation is adhered to.
- Completing staff rotas.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in providing high end quality in customer service and product.
- Catering experience.
- Supervisory experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- IT Skills.
- Flexible approach.
- Hotel/Airport Lounge experience (Desirable)
