Senior Administrator

Job Introduction

Exeter Crown and County Court are currently recruiting for a Senior Administrator.

You will be required to support the FM Manager in the day to day running of the Court facilities operation, ensuring at all times the operation is fully compliant in all aspects of the contract. You will support the site FM with all admin based duties ensuring all targets and benchmarks are met in line with the contract. You will also manage the site cleaning team.

Role Responsibility

  • Ensure all statutory compliance records are kept up to date and any issues reported to the FM Manager
  • Ensure all PPM and reactive maintenance is completed and inputted onto the Maximo system according to the contract.
  • Ensure all financial expenditure is recorded  and budgets adhered to as agreed by the FM Manager
  • Monitor and improve our record keeping, ensuring all of the relevant documentation is available for audit purposes.
  • Support and deputise for the  FM as and when required

The Ideal Candidate

  • Working knowledge of Maximo system
  • Experience of working in an facilities management environment
  • Experience of working with contractors and overseeing small works.
  • Experience of working successfully with accrediting and regulatory bodies and implementing associated programmes.
  • Experience of working within a Health & Safety, Environment, RAMS, ISOQAR. CDM 2015
  • Experience of managing of budgets/ stock control
  • Experience in managing a small team

Package Description

Up to £24,000 dependent on experience

20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
