Security Compliance Administrator

Job Introduction

We currently have an opportunity for a Security Compliance Administrator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.

Role Responsibility

  • Checking and processing of new and renewal SIA licence applications and issue LDN’s as required
  • Checking and processing of vetting applications in licence with the relevant standards
  • Communicate to operational teams in good time when difficulties arise
  • Manage data and files and ensure all information is kept secure and in accordance with the relevant Data Protection policies
  • Monitor operational deadlines and complete the appropriate follow-up to ensure success
  • Develop beneficial internal and external relationships
  • Resolve issues by liaising with the relevant support teams
  • Check and mark bronze award booklets and update the database with the results
  • Complete weekly payroll & expense entries for all relief officers
  • Trade invoices through E-Prophit as directed by senior management
  • Production of report summaries when required
  • Monitor & manage customer support requests via email and telephone ensuring information is entered in to the scheduling system accurately and within set time frames
  • Ensure Security distribution lists are maintained in line with organisational changes
  • Monitor communication from the SIA / PSA and escalate where necessary
  • Take ownership of the SIA database management and updating of appropriate process flows
  • Review iAudits and forward to the operational teams
  • Monitor watch lists and SIA tracker
  • Support the administrative needs of the security function
  • Manage training course bookings including liaising with external trainers, advertising the courses, booking rooms/locations and general adhoc duties including distribution of certificates
  • Checking of original identity documentation using the facilities provided e.g. TrustID scanner
  • Ensure all information security relating to SIA licence management under ISO270001 is kept up to date and regularly reviewed
  • Process monthly recharges
  • Complete arbitration entries within the scheduling system
  • Enter basic roster in to scheduling system
  • Arrange external security training courses, liaise with the People Centre and maintain recharges

The Ideal Candidate

  • Good standard of education required, including Maths, English & IT
  • PC literate, an intermediate knowledge of Microsoft products is essential (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Experience of time management/prioritising
  • Previous administration experience is preferred
 

An awareness of security would be desirable
