Job Introduction
We are looking for someone to join the Sodexo team at the Royal Botanic Gardens, this role involves working with our customers, promoting the venue and understanding all their event requirements. This role would suit a passionate, organised individual who has excellent administration skills and a confident proactive manner.

Role Responsibility
This role will involve a lot of administration, handling enquiries about events, attending meetings and showing potential customers around this excellent venue. Handling enquiries coming into the business you will ensure all event files are accurate and the wider team is kept up to date with all event details. You will provide the kitchen with weekly food sheets and attend operational meetings to update Event Managers. You will also track payments and monitor communication to customers whilst maintaining strong relationship with our Client, customers and suppliers.
