Sales Manager

Job Introduction

As Sales Manager you'll pro-actively sell and promote all Windsor Park non-matchday facilities by maximising business from new and existing customers through an innovative approach and always delivering best experience to all customers.

You'll also co-ordinate all Windsor Park matchday Hospitality food and beverage for the executive boxes.

Role Responsibility

Implement defined sales actions through sales and marketing plan.

Achieve budgeted sales and profit, and sales targets maximising sales through all sales channels.

Plan, prepare and pro-actively participate in monthly sales drives.

Develop an account management plan for each event to maximise all commercial opportunities from key clients and prospects.

Research, identify and manage new market and account opportunities, maintaining accurate records on the system .

Be aware of competitor pricing, understand the dynamics of the local market and the demand generators, and the effect this has on profit.

Seek every opportunity to sell Prestige Venues and Events, thinking creatively and generating new ideas, in order to grow the business and enhance revenue and profitability for the events in future years.

  • Proven sales and marketing experience, used to working to targets 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

* Proven track record in a similar role

* Knowledge of the stadia events industry

Package Description

Competitive salary of £24,000-£36,000 plus benefits including bonus, pension, option to 'buy' additional flexible benefits such as holidays, healthcare etc
