Sales Co-ordinator

Job Introduction

We currently have an opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Co-Ordinator will interact with our customers, colleagues  and suppliers ensuring a prompt, professional and efficient service, in terms of initial telephone or e-mail response, accurate recording of requests for service and escalating problems before they become issues. 

Role Responsibility

Sales Process
• Adhere to sales process
• Work with site teams to address any shortcomings in the delivery of sales targets for each site
• Reports on sales/viewings data and drive improvements
• Ensure data integrity is maintained
• Understands & monitor the local student accommodation markets
• Works as a team fostering and enhancing sales opportunities within each accommodation site


HUB help desk

• To accurately record details of the caller, problem and prioritise / action and ensure that line managers are aware of situations which could develop into issues.
• To respond quickly and efficiently to incoming telephone, email, online forms, web portal and facsimile messages in line with client service levels. Attention to detail when obtaining and inputting information
• To achieve a high degree of customer, colleague and supplier satisfaction, applying logic and common sense to requests for assistance, ensuring that identified criteria are escalated in accordance with procedures.

To attend training and coaching sessions and incorporate any changes necessary in your duties, methods, working hours and procedures.

Identify any potential areas of improvement and highlight to your line manager.  Be flexible and adaptable to change.

The Ideal Candidate

Essential

Technical Competencies
• Experience of providing helpdesk or call centre service, developing productive working relationships with key customers and suppliers.
• Basic Understanding of computer hardware, peripherals and applications e.g. networks, shared files and folders, report creation.
• Computer literate with good keyboard skills

Ensure KPIs targets are me

Work with marketing teams to deliver key sales/marketing campaigns

Monitor and report sales/viewings data

Fully understand & monitor student accommodation markets local to our group of properties.
 

Package Description

This position is being advertised on behalf of our client South Street AM.  You will be working 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday.  Flexible working between 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. - 10.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. - 11.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m.
