Retail Housekeeper
Job Introduction

Role Responsibility
Specific duties will include but may not be limited to all the following

Counter service of all hot food, ensuring adherence to portion control instructions

Temperature monitoring and recording

Restocking all products using stock rotation methods

Responsibility to ensure safe, timely and well-presented hospitality functions

Deep cleaning of all retail areas

Use of steam cleaners and cleaning equipment
-
Operation of cash registers and security of monies within the retail areas
-
Clearing tables and ensuring a hygienic eating area
-
Operation of the dishwasher
-
Carry out all routine cleaning duties in compliance with the Cleaning schedules.

Use and care of approved cleaning material and equipment at all times in accordance with the operator instructions.

Ensure that all equipment and materials are used and stored safely in compliance with COSHH regulations.

Maintenance of high standards of cleaning throughout the area of allocation following correct procedures.

Using Dishwasher as required
- The employees will participate in the required company and trust training programme.
- To assist new starters inductions on the “buddy” programme.

Package Description
Looking for a Retail Housekeeper to work at North Devon District Hospital. Duties include: General & Deep cleaning of all retail areas to a high standard. To support the core team when required with Preparing and serving beverages and meals, Monitor and record temperatures of food.
Hours for this post is 22.5 hours per week
Week : Monday & Tuesday 14:30-19:00 Wednesday 16:00-20:30, Thursday 15:30-20:00, Friday 14:30-19:00
