Job Introduction

Would you like to join a global market leader in quality of life services? Sodexo has an exciting opportunity for a Resourcing Advisor join our team, supporting end-to-end resourcing practices for the Energy and Resources segment in the UK&I.

The successful candidate will balance the needs of candidate quality, speed of fulfilment and the cost of resourcing to support the sourcing of candidates for banded and frontline vacancies.

Role Responsibility

  • Partnering with hiring managers throughout recruitment process to capture the resourcing needs, build a sourcing plan and selection approach and define the roles of both parties throughout the process

  • Providing specialist advice and guidance to managers on selection and testing methods, assisting with the sourcing and development of specialist exercises/tests where required

  • Developing and delivering brand and attraction interventions through high quality communication materials, online presence, recruitment fairs and engaging with relevant third parties

  • Delivering against KPIs of quality, time, cost, sourcing mix and candidate/line manager experience, each routinely tracked and reported against

  • Engaging with stakeholders to identify future resourcing needs and demonstrate value-add through identifying ways that resourcing can build capability through developing a pipeline of talent

  • Building a pool of talent through the effective utilisation of the ATS and social media

  • Working with third parties to brief them on roles and ensure Sodexo receives a high quality service

  • Promoting Sodexo as an employer of choice through engaging hiring managers and existing employees and by acting as a true Brand Ambassador

  • Working closely with teams from across the business to create value from HR processes such as talent deployment and succession planning

  • Administration of offers and contracts for banded and frontline roles

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience of end-to-end resourcing process- experience in both in-house and agency environments is desirable

  • Experience in utilising creative and effective ways of sourcing quality candidates directly, with some experience of utilising social recruiting tools and the ATS optimally for sourcing.

  • Well organised, with ability to work to tight deadlines and strong attention to detail

  • Skills and experience in process improvement

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders and approach passive candidates

  • Customer focused with strong commercial understanding

  • Strong understanding and respect for confidentiality

  • Demonstrable track record of successfully developing and managing recruitment marketing campaigns as well as social recruitment campaigns is desirable
