Reprographics Operator

Job Introduction

We currently have an opportunity for a Reprographics Operator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.

Role Responsibility

  •    To provide a 5 star customer service experience to users
  •    To build relationships with all levels of user
  •    To report any Health & Safety concerns and carry out visual checks for any defects or possible near misses
  •    To provide reprographic services between 08:30 -17:00
  •    To produce and print documents, badges, menus and posters (up to size A0)
  •    To answer emails and communicate face to face with customers
  •    To collate and bind multi-page documents
  •    To use a variety of Reprographic equipment including the    Guillotine, Laminator, Printers & Binding Machines
  •    To laminate a3, a4 & a5 documents
  •    To keep a record of jobs
  •    Provide Holiday cover for mail room
  •    To perform any other reasonable task
  •    Training to be provided for all equipment
  •    Flexible working hours around quarterly results

The Ideal Candidate

  • Knowledge: To have knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & InDesign
  • Quality/Compliance: Essential Ability to produce finished documents to a professional standard
  • Customer focus: Striving for high customer satisfaction, going out of our way to be helpful and pleasant, making it as easy as possible on the customer
  • Communication: Balancing listening and talking, speaking and writing clearly and accurately, influencing others, keeping others informed
