Relief Security Guard/Receptionist
Job Introduction
Sodexo Energy and Resources has an exciting opportunity for a Relief Security Guard/Receptionist to join Chyrsaor site in Central Aberdeen.
The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team, contributing to the provision of quality service while adhering to health and safety guidelines and working regulations at all times.
Role Responsibility
Security of building and personnel
Administer First Aid if required
Car Park monitoring and space allocation
Effective monitoring of sensitive or critical function areas on site
Effective management of critical paperwork such as Daily Occurrence Books, Key Logs and Incident Logs
Carry out front of house duties including but not limited to:
Issuing of visitor passes
Management of visitor sign-in books and security passes
Meeting Guests and contacting hosts
Ensuring safety inductions are viewed prior to allowing access to the site
Answer the telephone
The Ideal Candidate
SIA License holder.
Current Certificate for First Aid at Work or Emergency First Aid at Work incorporating Defibrillator Training preferable.
Experience of working within an office or front of house environment preferable.
Experience of working towards Key Performance Indicators preferable.
