Registry Clerk

Job Introduction

We currently have an opportunity for a Registry Clerk to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.

Role Responsibility

  • Produce and publish Part One Orders
  • Receive and distribute all mail
  • Receive and distribute all course Joining Instructions
  • Maintain a suitable stationery account to support the Unit
  • Maintain all printers, faxes and photocopiers in SHQ and liaise with engineers when required
  • Order and distribute all MOD, Army and R SIGNALS publications as necessary
  • Conduct additional administrative support to SHQ as required
 

The Ideal Candidate

  • IT literate
  • Communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Basic management skills
  • Typist experience
