Receptionist/Office Services Administrator
Job Introduction
Hours of work - 23.75 per week with alternate hours of work each week as detailed below:
Monday to Friday 0745-1230 week one
and
Monday to Friday 1215-1700 week two
Flexibility to cover extra hours when required
Role Responsibility
As an Administrator you will be responsible for:
• Inform visitors of local ‘House’ rules including health & safety and parking
• Meet, greet, sign in and issue relevant pass to all visitors
• Advise hosts of visitors arrival
• Act as point of contact for internal/external telephone queries in an efficient and concise manner
• Ensure all meeting rooms are set-up and checked/tidied before and after every meeting reporting any faults
• Assist with setting up of meeting room display/video conferencing equipment for on-site meetings
• Assist with building inductions for new starters if/when required
• General administration tasks; archiving and retrieval, incoming/outgoing mail, arrange courier deliveries/uplifts
• Assist FM team with any additional duties/tasks as and when required

• Good communicator to people of all levels across the business
• Customer focused with excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Well organised, efficient and proactive
• Ability to work as an individual and as part of a team

The role will involve a level of responsibility to support and assist with the smooth running of any of our workplace services.
The successful candidate for this role will have: A flexible “can do” attitude, excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to multi-task and be IT literate with experience in using microsoft packages, exceptional customer service skills.
