Receptionist

Job Introduction

We are currently seeking a highly talented and driven person to work in the one of our Cork sites.

We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise their work load and have the ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences.

You will be working as part of a team but you will at times be expected to work independently and under your own initiative.

Role Responsibility

  • Answering all calls in an efficient and professional manner and directing calls accordingly;
  • Take ownership for the reception area and ensure it is maintained to a high quality at all times;
  • Meet and greet in a professional competent manner to all site visitors;
  • Provide administration support and ensure a first class client service at all times;
  • Assist in other areas of facilities administration and client service as requested;
  • Daily administration to include post, couriers, travel, stationery, printing, etc.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post; and
  • Compiling minutes of monthly facilities meetings
  • Assist the facility manager with contractors in the delivery of scheduled maintenance visits

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience working in a busy reception role within a fast paced corporate environment; (min 3 - 5 years)
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Strong organisation skills;
  • Ability to cope with a number of demanding priorities and maintain a high degree of professionalism at all times and
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Experience with software systems
