Receptionist / Facilities Co-Ordinator

Job Introduction

We are currently seeking a Receptionist / Facilities Co-Ordinator to work in the one of our Dublin sites.

We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise their workload and have the ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences.

You will be working as part of a team but you will at times be expected to work independently and under your own initiative.

Role Responsibility

  • Cover reception desk 9am – 5pm (closed 1-2pm Lunch)
  • Meet and greet customers / visitors
  • Manage switchboard - Forward all calls as received
  • Book visitors on site – prepare ID badges, and safety procedures
  • Manage Post – outgoing and incoming including franking machine and employee
  • post slots
  • Manage stationery press – order supplies when needed
  • Book taxis, couriers etc. as required
  • Point of contact for site deliveries
  • Facilities point of contact on site

The Ideal Candidate

  • Fluent English
  • Reception experience
  • Experience in facilities operations
  • Good Computer Skills
  • Good Communication and interpersonal skills

Package Description

Receptionist / Facilities Co-Ordinator

Monday to Friday

35 hours per week
