Receptionist / Administrator

Job Introduction

We are currently seeking a highly talented and driven person to work in the one of our Cork sites.

We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise their workload and have the ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences.

You will be working as part of a team but you will at times be expected to work independently and under your own initiative.

Role Responsibility

Duties: To be responsible for the administration services, namely admin support, receptionist cover provided to the Client in order to achieve and maintain quality standards and performance against Sodexo’s Key Performance Indicators. Help oversee the site to ensure consistency and to facilitate the clients business where needed within the time allotted

  • Covering reception, lunch break and other breaks
  • Admin tasks as delegated by Client and Sodexo
  • Reception duties including e-mail management
  • Designated Admin functions for Lilly
  • Member of Hospitality Team
  • Cover for Sodexo/ Lilly staff where needed
  • Courier and mail processing
  • Management of cashless vending for Sports & Social club
  • Administration duties for Sports & Social Club

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate for this role will have:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Experience in role
  • Methodical approach and great eye for detail
  • Previous experience Manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of Client Internal compliance standards
