Receptionist / Administrator.

Job Introduction

We are currently seeking a highly talented and driven person to work in the one of our Dublin sites.

We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise their workload and have the ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences.

You will be working as part of a team but you will at times be expected to work independently and under your own initiative.

Role Responsibility

  • Previous administration or reception experience
  • Good PC skills
  • Good front of house customer skills
  • Ability to work own your own as well as part of a team
  • Flexibility required and a good attitude to work
  • Friendly and good communication skills
  • Strong work ethic

The Ideal Candidate

  • Cover the reception desk and visitor area
  • Day to Day administration- scanning, filing and printing
  • Invoice filing and record keeping
  • Data input and ensuring  spreadsheets are up to date
  • Completing jobs generated from the help desk on P.C software
  • Supplier folder management. Help maintain and update files and contracts
  • Answering phone and helping staff with enquires. Arranging couriers, mail, taxis etc.
  • Completing daily reception duties, visitors, badges, telephone enquires etc.
  • Administrating and sorting of mail, arranging and delivering packages
  • Assisting the facilities team and manager with adhoc duties
  • Assist with meeting room setups and checks
