Role Responsibility
- To enhance the customer experience by dealing with general enquiries efficiently and effectively in a politely and professional manner
- To be the key interface for customers and be fully conversant with all the day to day activities within their designated area
- To meet and greet all stakeholders and coordinate their requirements
- To maintain meeting room calendars, ensuring systems are kept up to date
- To ensure FM service standards are met in your designated building
- To build strong working relationships with customers and colleagues alike
- To provide support to other areas as and when required
The Ideal Candidate
Essential
- Must hold a full clean UK driving licence
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software, in particular Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Be a customer-focused individual, who is both professional and punctual
- Possess strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Have a flexible attitude to assist covering other departments when required
Desirable
- Have previous reception and barista experience
- Hold an SIA licence
Package Description
Thursday 8.30am - 5pm
Friday 8.30am - 2pm
Total 13 hours per week
