Job Introduction

We currently have an opportunity for a Quality Monitoring to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.

Role Responsibility

  1. Ensure that a high quality of domestic services is monitored throughout the department.
  2. Ensure that the monitoring process is completed on a daily basis, all rectifications are presented to the domestic team daily.
  3. Usage and maintenance of the hand held computerised system reporting of any faults or discrepancies where necessary.
  4. Inputting of electronic data daily.  
  5. Presenting of PI reports PI5/PI6 at month end.
  6. Provide cover as necessary in times of staff shortages.
  7. Attend additional training.   
  8. Carry out routine admin tasks as required. 
  9. Build and maintain effective relationships with staff, clients and other departmental supervisors

The Ideal Candidate

  • Ability to monitor cleaning standards
  • Effective communication skills at all levels.
  • Good literacy and organisational skills
  • Ability to respond quickly to problems
  • Ability to monitor performance levels at all levels.
  • Understanding the relevant Food Safety and Health & Safety, Employment and other legislative requirements.
  • Experience of domestic and catering services within a hospital or similar
  • Ability to function around IT systems

Package Description

This is a Hands on Role requiring a high level of customer focus and flexibility to take on various tasks within the Cleaning Services department.

Working within our Cleaning and Hygiene team.

Includes leading and supervising cleaning operatives, Auditing, monitoring and looking to improve standards and quality.

Working Hours are Monday to Friday 7am to 3.30pm with a need to occasionally work overtime to cover business needs.

Uniform is provided. Free car parking.
