Quality Manager

Job Introduction

Sodexo Healthcare are currently looking to recruit an experienced Quality Manager to develop, revise and implement documentation detailing quality standards and policies which employees and their activities are expected to adhere to and to audit and report compliance with such standards ensuring that the services provided by Sodexo meet the obligations.

We help to enhance the patient environment (including patient dining, cleaning/housekeeping, retail services), provide clinical support (equipment sterilisation) and manage technical estates teams (estates management, asset management, land maintenance and energy management).

Role Responsibility

  • Documentation of the internal operational processes across both Hard and Soft FM
  • Audit and quality assessment of activities to assess compliance with documented processes
  • Identification and implementation of cost saving opportunities including maximisation of efficiencies and cross service resourcing opportunities
  • Production of reports to support operational service management
  • Contribute to the commercial management of the operational delivery of the contract by working with operations to maintain contract compliance and avoid contractual issues
  • Ensure operations are delivered in compliance with Sodexo policies and procedures
  • Carry out random safety walks
  • Identify improvement opportunities within the facility
  • Actively participate in service and quality meetings and consult with department managers
  • Train employees on quality measures and company policies
  • Investigate quality failures and issues
  • Coordinate and direct the implementation of new standards into practice

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience of compliance processes and documentation
  • Proficient IT user, data analyst and report writer
  • Confident and adept communicator with the ability to challenge and operate effectively at all levels
  • Experience of quality management systems
  • Ability to identify and implement opportunities to improve performance or reduce costs
  • Customer service focused

40 hours per week, flexibility is a must due to the nature of the business. Normal working hours Monday – Friday, with additional hours as business dictates
