Are you looking for an opportunity that will enable you to utilise your skill set to the max?Sodexo is looking for a Quality Assurance and Training Coordinator for our site in Speke, Merseyside. The ideal candidate would be from a regulated environment where internal and external audits are frequently carried out (Such as Pharma, Aviation, Government Service etc.) You should have a knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (principals, reasons for and use in practice), ensuring that the management systems are meeting quality and compliance KPI’s. We are looking for someone who thrives from working in small team environment and uses their own initiative with a methodical, systematic attitude to their work.

You need to be experienced in the usual systems (MS office and SAP type derived systems) however, training and mentoring will be available. There may be occasional travel, however this would be optional and planned.

 

Role Responsibility

Main responsibilities will be:
 
To provide comprehensive GXP and QA administration support to the core areas of outsourced Facilities Management at the client site. Including GXP Services, GMP Cleaning, Raw Material Warehousing, Lab Services, Hard Service activities, Quality, Training, GMP service provider contractor management. 
To own the Quality Plan and Roadmap for contracted services provided at the site. 
To identify gaps in GXP and QA compliance through auditing and to instigate change. 
To provide support for the implementation of training via Success (client training system). 
To provide routine administration / office services as required. 

The Ideal Candidate

Essential

  • A-Level education
  • Experienced GXP and QA Co-ordinator in a Pharma / regulated environment
  • Experience in managing training, change control and document control processes
  • Excellent administration, planning and computing skills
  • Confident communicator – both written and verbal
  • Experience and understanding of CAPA methods
  • Knowledge and understanding of ISO standards
  • Experience meeting co-ordinator and confident approach in meeting forums
  • Trained internal auditor
  • Experience in taking part in external audit process, preferably from MHRA / FDA
  • Ability to work without supervision as well as part of a team
  • Willingness and aptitude to be trained in any skills gap & positive approach to learning in role
  • Good awareness and understanding of health, safety and environmental
  • Self-motivated and flexible approach to role
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients, and staff
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure

Desirable

  • Degree level education
  • Formal qualifications and/or accreditation in quality assurance
  • Safety accreditation
