Purchasing Administrator

Job Introduction

We currently have an opportunity for a Purchasing Administrator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.

Role Responsibility

The role will include:

  • Creating and communicating purchase orders in accordance with company policy.
  • Exceeding client expectations, working as part of the team to deliver departmental objectives.
  • Generating paperwork for production (works orders)
  • Data processing
  • Communicating with vendors to ensure OTIF targets are exceeded.
  • Analysis of system data to best manage materials.
  • Data entry and analysis in support of Supply Chain
  • Generation, control and maintenance of work instructions, adapting to changes in client requirements.
  • Provide periodical reports to Purchasing Team.


The Ideal Candidate

Candidates should be numerate, have confident communication skills and enjoy working to deadlines.
