Projects and Technical Services Co-ordinator
Job Introduction
Sodexo Healthcare are currently looking to recruit an experienced Projects and Technical Services Co-ordinator to provide administrative support to the Head of Projects, Estates and Technical Services and the Projects and Technical Services teams at The County Hospital, Hereford.

Role Responsibility
- Update of project documentation and records
- Maintenance and update of schedules relating to the delivery of the Projects and Technical Services
- Development and maintenance of the Technical Library inventory
- Use of management systems for the recording and retention of documents and records
- Provision of management information and performance reports as required
- Establishment and maintenance of effective communications and working relationships
- Attendance and minuting of meetings as required
- Participation in and contribution to Sodexo forums, initiatives and training

- Excellent administrative and organisational abilities, proficient in the use of IT systems
- Articulate and confident communicator, with the ability to develop and maintain effective and robust working relationships
- Attention to detail, with a commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence
- Flexible and adaptable approach to working within the changing needs of the business
- Strong customer service skills

- Experience of working with integrated management systems
- Experience of working within a projects/technical services environment
