Projects and Technical Services Co-ordinator

Job Introduction

Sodexo Healthcare are currently looking to recruit an experienced Projects and Technical Services Co-ordinator to provide administrative support to the Head of Projects, Estates and Technical Services and the Projects and Technical Services teams at The County Hospital, Hereford.

Role Responsibility

• Update of project documentation and records
• Maintenance and update of schedules relating to the delivery of the Projects and Technical Services
• Development and maintenance of the Technical Library inventory
• Use of management systems for the recording and retention of documents and records
• Provision of management information and performance reports as required
• Establishment and maintenance of effective communications and working relationships
• Attendance and minuting of meetings as required
• Participation in and contribution to Sodexo forums, initiatives and training

• Excellent administrative and organisational abilities, proficient in the use of IT systems
• Articulate and confident communicator, with the ability to develop and maintain effective and robust working relationships
• Attention to detail, with a commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence
• Flexible and adaptable approach to working within the changing needs of the business
• Strong customer service skills

Desirable

• Experience of working with integrated management systems
• Experience of working within a projects/technical services environment
