Project Administrator

Job Introduction

An exciting role has arisen within Sodeco for an administrator based in Leeds. The role is to support a project team within the Government and Agecies Segment working on a varied project. The ideal candidate will be an integral member of our company reporting to the Project Manger.

As an administrator at Sodexo you will need to be very well rounded, able to multitask and have a positive approach to work. The ideal candidate must be IT literate and proficient in MS Excel and have good knowledge of project management

Role Responsibility

The Ideal candidate will be expected:

  • To support the project team in the administration of the project
  • To support co-ordination of the project between  Sodexo and 3rd party suppliers
  • To support the project director with the internal and external reporting
  • To act as a key point of contact for the supply partner project team for all administration elements of the project
  • To provide the team with a range of admin support including meeting management and minute taking.

 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience of completing project administration tasks
  • demonstratable knowlede of MS Office systems
  • Comfortable working at pace and managing their own responsibilities and influencing others 
  • Agile and resiliant
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail with high level of accuracy 
  • Able to prioritise workload and work to strict deadlines
