Sodexo are building a brand new team to support the solution design and operational readiness in preparation of the new Campus for 2019. These opportunities will lead the team and will potentially lead the teams to work in the new full time structure once the Campus is up and running. This is a fantastic opportunity to come and work on an exciting new iconic project in Cambridge.

Sodexo are recruiting for a Programme Coordinator to support the administrative, clerical and general work associated with the FM Operational Readiness Programme for the New Cambridge Site

As Programme Coordinator you will deliver a PMO support role for the wider team, ideally you will be someone that aspires to be a Project or Programme Manager and have experience of programme management and administration in a previous role.

 

 

Role Responsibility

  • To support the SMEs with reasonable tasks and request pertaining to FMOR work
  • To coordinate all back of house processes and document control for the project team
  • To lead on programme coordination and upkeep
  • To support the PMO function lead by the mobilisation manager
  • To attend project and client meetings
  • To support on site work such as pilots and trials, data collation
  • To support HSE activities such as Risk Assessment production (under the guidance of the SHE advisor and SMEs)
  • To carry out reasonable tasks associated with the FMOR project
  • Accountable for  programme (project plan) coordination
  • Accountable for managing positive relationships with all key stakeholders
  • Accountable to carry out reasonable, associated tasks in line with this JD and as required

Essential

 

  • High acumen for modern workplace technology and software (MS Office, Visio, shared drives, Box etc.)
  • Demonstrable skills relating to the key requirements of the job
  • Project / bid coordination skills

 

Not essential but will be seen as differentiators:

 

  • Experience of performing similar roles within/ linked to FM services
  • Knowledge of process mapping and architecture
  • Relevant industry qualifications/ accreditations
  • Experience working in pharmaceutical / R&D environments
  • Experience working in blue chip environments and with senior stakeholders

Skills that are either demonstrable via experience and or qualification is welcome
