Process Clerk

Job Introduction

We currently have an opportunity for a Process Clerk to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.

Role Responsibility

  • Maintaining of the investigation register on a daily basis.
  • Ensure that all the police reports are collated from the platoons each morning.
  • Ensure that all police reports are distributed to the relevant agencies in a timely manner.
  • Log and secure concluded interview tapes.
  • Ensure that the investigations are filed correctly. 
  • Liaison with the Courts Martial Centres when preparing investigations which are referred for trial.
  • Main liaison between the Army Prosecuting Authority to ensure that investigation papers are forwarded to the relevant lawyers.
  • The main point of contact between the Service Police Crime Bureau (SPCB) with regards to the uploading of Service Police Procedural Inputting Proformas for nominals, property, weapons etc.
  • In charge of archiving the above documentation and the years investigations.
  • Dealing with all routine telephone enquiries, taking clear and concise messages.
  • To carry out general office administrative tasks as required.
 

The Ideal Candidate

Essential

  • Administrative experience in busy office environment.
  • Good IT skills – Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines as well as prioritise, organise and plan.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • 2 GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent; or NVQ Business Administration Level 2. 

Desirable

  • Knowledge of military IT systems and environment.
  • ECDL.

May be required to attend REDCAP Users course and Uploaders course.
