Prison Custody Officer (PCO)
HMP/YOI Peterborough is a purpose-built prison; the only one in the country to hold both men and women. The diversity of our residents goes beyond their gender; their strengths and needs are infinite in combination. The Ideal Candidate
Not everybody is cut out for a career as a Prison Custody Officer, but it can be very rewarding helping people to turn their lives around and improve the safety of communities. Making a positive difference in a highly secure environment where no two days are the same, you should have the flexibility to work a 40-hour shift pattern covering evenings, weekends and some bank holidays.

•Face to face interview 13 - 15 February 2017
•Start Date of course: 20 March 2017 (You will be required to complete a mandatory 7 week training course. No annual leave can be taken during this period.)
