Job Introduction

Role Responsibility
- Demonstrating the Virgin Atlantic behaviours to deliver the best possible service to the guests in the Clubhouse
- Proactively offering services to customers
- Using the tagging system and organising luggage area to ensure items can be located and returned quickly to the correct customer
- Ensuring that newspaper and magazine display is kept replenished and tidy with a wide range of publications available
- Keeping track of flight movements to anticipate collection of items and monitor left items or customers who have not left yet
- Ensuring all items are returned to the correct customers
- Storing items safely to avoid damage to customer’s possessions
- Securing the area to ensure that no items are mislaid
- Keeping all sharp items secure and accounted for as per procedures
- Reporting any uncollected items to management
- All deliveries are tallied and checked for discrepancies
- To ensure that the Company's and statutory regulations regarding hygiene, safety, and cleanliness are complied with and all tasks undertaken according to Safeguard regulations
- To transport provisions, equipment and other catering related items as required.
- To maintain clean working environment at all times, with special regard to hygiene
- To carry out any reasonable management requests from senior personnel on site
The Ideal Candidate
- Good communication skills
- Good spoken English
- Genuine enthusiasm for providing a high standard of customer service at all times
- High level of personal grooming
- Physically strong to cope with lifting etc
