Pharmaceutical Pilot Plant - Facilities Support Operative

Job Introduction

We currently have an opportunity for a Pharmaceutical Pilot Plant - Facilities Operative to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a customer focused individual to join a world leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivalled opportunities for career progression.

Role Responsibility

  • Ensure all GMP equipment complies with Health & Safety regulations and that equipment and facilities are maintained in good functional order and clearing verifications are carried out in accordance with the agreed processes and governing procedures.
  • Management of Process Area Booking System (PABS), LABWARE and other systems and processes to deliver an efficient service to the Pilot Plant end user, through effective planning, communication and task execution, by all applicable third parties.  
  • Enabling and oversight of calibration programs for equipment, instrumentation and utilities within GMP areas by working alongside cross functional departments like Engineering and Laboratory Instrument Services (LIS).
  • Management of Environmental Monitoring System (EMS) to include investigation of alarms, compiling daily reports and completing scheduled beacon activation checks.
  • Demonstrate, embrace and promote the culture-based safety & quality behaviors, required in a highly regulated environment.
  • All employees are required to, and are responsible for, adhering to Quality, Compliance and Environmental, Health and Safety regulations and GSK or Sodexo procedures applicable to their role. Training will be provided to ensure that the procedures are understood, and responsibilities defined.
