Performance Manager (FM/Property)

Job Introduction

The Performance Manager is a pivotal role within the Account team ensuring day to day Reporting services run smoothly including delivery of all routine and ad-hoc reporting.

You'll have line management and development responsibility of Reporting Analysts in the delivery of reporting services.

You'll develop the reporting product in line with business need and client requirements, ensuring standard best practice approaches are utilised. In addition to developing close relationships both with internal customers and external clients. You'll evolve and develop the reporting function to best practice solutions.  You'll also have responsibility of live monitoring of contract performance.

Role Responsibility

  • Line manage Performance Analyst(s)
  • Manage account PMSs
  • Monitor and report against KPIs
  • Liaise with function representatives to improve performance
  • Produce monthly performance report documents
  • Report performance to the client in monthly review meetings
  • Deliver routine reports
  • Liaise with internal and external customers to develop new reports
  • Understand new report requirements and liaise with report writers to create reports
  • Use experience/qualifications to interpret/add value to reports
  • Respond to ad-hoc queries from customers/clients
  • Represent Sodexo in appropriate client facing meetings

The Ideal Candidate

  • Comfortable with manipulating and interrogating large data sets
  • Understand KPI reporting
  • Understand commercial impact of PMSs
  • Understand and able to gather requirements for reporting
  • Able to understand and interpret outputs of reporting (produce commentary, insight)
  • Comfortable and influential communicator at all levels Operator to Director)
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills (English, grammar)
  • Effective time management able to prioritise
  • Leadership;  Management/Deputy experience
  • Commercial awareness

Desirable

  • Experience of CAFM systems, IBM Maximo & Cognos
  • VBA
  • SQL
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in relevant discipline
  • CI methodology;  Lean/Six Sigma
